Lacks Cleaning Services-our carpet is spotless
Our new white berber carpet had a stain from a balsamic vinegarette made with sugar. We had followed the instructions stain master carpet provided but the stain remained. Lacks carpet came out to clean the entire house, which looked beautiful, but one day later the stain appeared. I called Lacks back and they cheerfully came out right away and cleaned the stain again, being careful not to use any cleaning product that might void our carpet warranty. That did the trick! Our carpet is spotless.
