I was really happy with the results. The carpets looked great. They were efficient and pleasant. There is still a little bit of a pet stain odor but the stain was really old and the tech said it might be an issue. more

Lacks Cleaning Services-our carpet is spotless Our new white berber carpet had a stain from a balsamic vinegarette made with sugar. We had followed the instructions stain master carpet provided but the stain remained. Lacks carpet came out to clean the entire house, which looked beautiful, but one day later the stain appeared. I called Lacks back and they cheerfully came out right away and cleaned the stain again, being careful not to use any cleaning product that might void our carpet warranty. That did the trick! These guys are extremely professional and always willing to go over and above for their customers. For instance, they were able to go out with only a couple hours notice, to clean carpets for us. They have done things like odor abatement in our properties, and if it's not done to their satisfaction, they will go back in and work on it at their own expense. Lack's do a great job with carpets and floors. They are always very expedient, and having someone I can rely on at the last minute is essential in my line of work.
