I have been lost since my hairstylist of several years left Portland. I like higher end salons because let's face it, you get what you pay for....however, I can do without the high end snobs. So, I once again searched Google for at least an hour and came across Fancy! I read all the stylists bio's and Alicia caught my eye. Scheduling with her was a breeze and I had an appointment set within a few days.
I was looking for something different, a stylist that's not afraid to create nice, chunky color (NOT blended) as I have asked so many times before and was disappointed. I could not have chose a more talented hairstylist. Alicia is down to earth, you feel comfortable with her, and she is nothing short of an artist when it comes to color, cuts and styling. I ended up with a stylist who is actually better than any stylist I have ever had.
I asked for blond/brown chunks, with a couple streaks of red, purple and blue, and an A-line cut. As a woman in her 40's, my long graying hair just wasn't doing anything for me anymore. I needed a huge change.....and Alicia gave me such gorgeous hair that I am complimented every where I go. The colored streaks were tactfully and strategically placed and my hair is simply gorgeous. I wonder where she has been all my life! LOL......and if she ever leaves I will hunt her down! Thank you Alicia......you are so wonderful and I am grateful to have found you.......you have given me some much needed self esteem and I feel pretty again. You're wonderful. :)
