Not impressed. Did not provide us with an organizer prior to our meeting so we spent 1 1/2 hours with the accountant filling out the organizer. They took 2 months to prepare the taxes and their fees (nearly $700 per year) are inflated for that kind of service. They did not meet with us in person to review their findings or provide info on options for making installment payments to the IRS as was discussed in the first meeting. Poor communicators overall. Oh, and I nearly forgot, they made a mistake that would have cost us $2000. I had to bring it to their attention. I would never have them do our taxes again and I will never recommend them to anyone.
