We ordered a dining room set and couch set from the store in Portland. Delivery was included. When they delivered our furniture we noticed a bench was missing from the table and were told that it was on back order and we would get it when it came in. Two months passed and I finally called the store. They called me back and said that it was in but that they could not deliver it because their delivery company already came out to our house. How is that our problem? So we could get our money back or come pick it up. We will never shop from them again and I don't recommend using them because if something is not as expected they won't do the right thing.
