I initially checked in and my King room was down sized to a queen double because they overbooked. Once in the room I tried to turn lamp on and it was busted, then water was dripping onto the toilet from the ceiling. Everytime I left the room I had to go down stairs to the front desk and have my Key redone so it would work. I went to the gym and of the 5 machines only 1 worked. When I checked out my rate for the double queen was higher than for the King, so I asked to have it corrected and noone could do it, they said that they would have a manger contact me. 3 days late and I tried contacting them and noone will return my call. Worse stay I've ever had at a Holiday Inn, would not recommended it more
