I started with Positive Changes last summer and have slowly dropped nearly 30 pounds. I have punched new holes in my belts to keep my pants up. I can now wear nice tops that had become ""too small"" for my upper arms. (I finally bought new - 2 sizes smaller - pants.)
Honestly I have not worked the Program 100%. Maybe 50%+
I am still working on my biggest challenge = to make Time For Me!
BUT-- Now it is all clear to me. I do KNOW that I can do this. I am thinking now before I act - before I eat. I am eating healthier, snacking less and snacking healthier. I am eating smaller portions and not having seconds. My knees do not hurt and I am sleeping better.
Life is getting better one week at a time. I treasure my time with the Positive Changes staff and talking with other clients.
Their Classes, Acceleration sessions, Personal Coaching and CDs
are working for me - MENTALLY and PHYSICALLY. I like me.
I have the CDs and find support, peace and tranquility with them.
