I've only been going for a few weeks but there already have been changes. My favorite part is acceleration. I've stopped eating between meals, eating out of habit or maybe boredom, only use milk on my cereal ( I used to drink a glass with meals loading me with carbs I'm not supposed to have) and fast food places get passed by. I'm motivated. No one has put me on a diet. Changes come from within.
I've been an insomniac for close to 40 years. Already I'm sleeping all night and without drugs. That alone is worth the price.
