Positive changes saved my life and changed the way I feel about food and myslef. Lets back up the refriderator, nine months ago I weighted 270 lbs and couldn't loose a pound. I hateded myself for letting my weight get away from me to obesyity, I couldn't hardly tie my shoes because I couldn't breath when I was bent over to much weight. My blood pressure was high and boarder line for starting blood pressure meds. I had a bad knee, which was only made worse by all the extra pounds I was packing. I had a lot of side effects from being125lbs over my normal weight of 145lbs.\r
My Mom (god bless her) suggested I give PC's a try. She said, ""what did I have to loose."" ""Try something anything""... today is March 17th and I've lost 60lbs, I now weight 210lbs. Yes, I still have weight to loose, but I know I can loose all of the weigh I want to. If I follow the Positive Changes program as I've been doing sence I joined 9 months ago, I can loose another 60 - 65 lbs. and achive my goal of 145 lbs.\r
The staff is awesome, totally professional, they are wonderful compassionate people, that really want to help people no matter what is brothering them... the front entry staff knows all of us by name and are consistently glad to see and/or talk to you, they are wonderful and I will miss them. They make this place a comfortable and SAFE place, which is important to most people that have problems.\r
I now go to a small gym and work out 2 -3 times per week, I walk my drive at least once a day and usually lots more. (driveway is 1/5 of a mile) I can even jog up the hilly protions of my driveway now. I really enjoy exercising now because the pounds just keep dropping off and when I add exercising it just speed up the process. Before comming to Positive Changes I told friends and relatives I was allergic to exersice.\r
