Ever since going to Positive Changes I eat far less and I focus on doing things that I love to do instead of obsessing over what I was going to eat all the time. I don't even miss the foods or the oversized portions hat I used to eat! I am in control of the food not the other way around. Positive Changes has helped not only lose weight and keep it off, but the positive mindset has bled over into other areas of my life; I am better focused and I think more in a more positive way about my family, my work, my personal projects. Going to Positive Changes has definitely increased my quality of living.
