I quit smoking after 17 years (my entire adult life) with positive changes and it only took an hour. At the end of my first session, I threw out the rest of my cigarettes and headed to my friends house to have a few glasses of wine. Normally drinking would trigger the need for a smoke, but with my new tools to help, I barely even thought about it. As soon as I do think about smoking, I immediately put it out of my mind. I'm not even conciously doing that, it just happens. I was very skeptical going into this but had my own reasons why I didn't want to try the patch or take Chantix (again) but figured I might as well try. I am so happy I did. And after reading the reviews for weight loss and my own positive hypnosis experience, I seriously considering going for that as well.
