This has been a great experience for me. My total outlook on life is more positive, not just my eating habits. I have lost 13 pounds in 5 months and I'm trilled with my success. I have the tools to continue eating the right proportions, healthy foods, and work exercise into my life. I didn't gain the weight over night and I'm not losing it overnight ;however, my habits which created the weight gain have been with me for 54 years and now my new habits of 5 months are showing results. It feels great to be in control.
