I started at Positive Changes two weeks ago. Already, I have lost the cravings for sweets and chocolate. When I go to the grocery store, I can walk by the candy isle and not even look that way. I head straight for the produce section without even thinking about it.
My grandson spent yesterday with me and he wanted to bake some cookies. I slipped and ate one but then it felt like the cookie upset my stomach. I had the same response to eating bacon for breakfast yesterday. (My usual breakfast is a fresh strawberry waffle.)
I have lost six pounds and am thrilled with my results so far.
