I have lived in Raleigh for 7 years and had not been able to find someone that I like to cut and color my hair, so I went from salon to salon. I found Rhonda at Bliss on CitySearch, so I thought I would give her a try. She is amazing! From my first visit, she made me feel like I was special. She spent time asking me about my lifestyle and what I liked about my hair to make sure I got a great style!
Every time I visit her, she gives me a ""consult"" to make sure I like my hair and to talk about what I want to do with it. She gives me extra time and attention and I always feel like she really cares. I never feel rushed and my hair looks fabulous!
I used to have to color my hair on every visit to a salon, but Rhonda recommended I do less color and I am so happy! She is saving me time and money and my hair looks great! Because the cut is so great, I can even go longer between haircuts! I am so happy that I found Rhonda!
