William is the best hair artist I have ever visited! Let's just say I'm a baby boomer who has been through all of the flattened hair, big hair, spiral-permed hair, the ""shag,"" and many other hair trends in my life. Thanks to William, his talent, advice and care for my delicate natural curls, I can now appreciate what God gave me. \r

I never thought I had the kind of curls that could go natural, but he has taught me how to care for them and make them look soft, defined and frizz-free (most days). That's quite an accomplishment in this NC humidity! No one has ever known how to cut my hair to bring out the curl in areas where it just wants to go limp, until I found William. I am no longer the poster child for problem hair, as one of my straight-haired friends once said. Just the other day, a stranger stopped me as I was coming out of an elevator and exclaimed, ""Beautiful Hair!"" \r

He also pampers me - when I leave Bliss, I feel like I've been to a day spa! The name of the salon is truly justified. I hesitate to write a glowing review when I find a business this good, because I'm afraid everyone else will find it too. But, I know William will take care of me. He has gone out of his way to accommodate my busy schedule, which is something I greatly appreciate. He knows the meaning of customer service and exemplifies it in his work. Thanks, William!
Pros: William is great with naturally curly hair, only serves one customer at a time
Cons: pricier than some, but you get what you pay for
