hey people around Fort Drum or Watertown - do NEVER buy anything at masseys furniture barn in watertown!!!! i just bought a coffee table there 2 weeks ago - i said i want a black table - he ordered it out of the catalog and told me it would be there in 10 days - i called in after 10 days because i havent heard from them yet and i got told that somebody would call me back - i waited till the next day and called in again and once again was promised a call back - after i called in the 3. time i finally got somebody on the phone who called me back the next day to tell me the table is there and would get delivered on friday! so finally today (5 days after i got told i would get it) i got the table delivered in the wrong color! so i call in and all i get is an attitude and they offer me to order a new one and it would be there in like 2 weeks - so i got mad and get told to ease up!!!!! REALLY!!! so i told them that i want my money back right now and i just got explained that they cant cash it out to me and will put it back on my card and it will probably be there on monday ....... its nice masseys furniture messed up big times and the costumers can pay for their mistakes - this is great - i will never ever go there again!!! so people be warned if you plan to get stuff from them!
