This place needs customer service and professionalism training. I was shocked that the staff member was unprofessional, disorganized, and defensive. I would never trust someone like this to take care of my pet. I also called around and this place is not cheaper than other options. I will be taking my pet to a place where the staff values their jobs and they value my business.
