We had a horrible experience with this company. They came to fix our motorized sliding gates, charged us what I feel was too high and left the job half completed. I'm not one to go around and write horrible reviews on companies, but when someone doesn't hold up their end of the deal, takes your money, and then neglects to call you back or show up to correct an issue then I will step in. I honestly feel cheated and left in the dark. I don't know too much about gates, but I do know that when you push the clicker it is suppose to open and close normally!
The technician AYAL finished one gate and it works well. The other doesn't. He blamed it on the type of engine (which in he beginning he said was fine). He keeps dodging calls and all we want is our gate to work. We are not looking for any handouts. I just want to warn future customers about the way they conduct business.
Until our gate is resolved I will continue to post around the internet and warn people about Star Steel so they don't lose their money too.
