It is interesting that the good reviews are all from board members or employees. The genuine reviews are from the ""regular"" homeowners. Money management is Gittleman's strong point, resident relations are not. Gittleman listens to those with the cash or on the Boards and has no regard to the effect those demands have on the rest of the association.
