My husband and I noticed a burning, electrical smell coming from one of our outlets. After removing the faceplate, we saw charred wires and knew we were out of our home repair league. My mom had work done recently by Countryside and was pleased. I called thinking that they would say that it would be a day or so. I was totally blown away when they said that they would have someone out within the next few hours. The technician arrived less than an hour after I called and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the outlet! I was very impressed!!
