We had a good car buying experience at Power Ford on E. Frank Lloyd Wright. Tim, our salesperson, was very helpful. We gave him the big run around with lots of questions, expressed doubt, came back and forth 4 times, emailed, etc., and he stayed with us and answered all of our questions every time. We finally purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer and feel we were treated very fairly. We normally hate the car buying experience but this has been our best. Everyone was friendly, very helpful and we went away satisfied, well-informed customers.
