I had done quite a bit of research on the skis I wanted to purchase. When I arrived at Colorado Ski and Golf I was immediately told I didn't want the skis I had picked. I asked what I might like instead (considering the sales person didnt ask me one single question about what I like to ski, my skill level etc). I was immediately taken to skis which appeared to have quite a large inventory (given that the skis I wanted were the last ones in stock).Two times during ""selling"" to me, he left to take phone calls and came back 5-10 minutes later. I should have asked for a manager right then and there, but something tells me he might have been the manager. Regardless - I have heard great things about Colorado Ski and Golf - they did have the skis I wanted in stock when no one else did. I don't care for the inability to sell at all - they didn't even ask me if I needed anything else - a total lost sale opportunity. They probably could have talked me in to new boots as I was in the mood to buy. What a bummer for them.
