I had already had a bad experience last season when I was looking for a certain product, the south store called the Arvada store to see if they had one available. After I was told that they had it, and it was put on hold for me I made the 20 min trip to pick it up. I got there and they didn't have it. There was no apology or explanation. I decided to try them again almost 6 months later, I went back today to shop for a backpack and upon reaching the counter the girl (WITHOUT A SMILE OR A HIi) said my card didn't work, even though I had used it 5 min earlier at the gas station. While she explained to me that fraud was the reason she couldn't type the numbers of my debit card in, I tried to show her multiple forms of picture IDs. She didn't even look at them and just kept asking for another card. As I did not want to put the purchase on credit, I told her I didn't want the backpack. They did not try to mend the situation, and the manager I had asked for did not show for over 5 minutes. This is the worst service I'v ever had, not to mention they accused a paying customer of fraud. I will never go back again, and I highly recommend staying away. No one needs the awful tone and attitude of the girl at the front counter in their life.
