WORST SERVICE EVER! The owner Kristi Andrews is extremely rude and unprofessional!! The cake I received was rock hard and there was no dry ice in the package. She claims this company doesn't package with dry ice but it clears states on the website it does. Looks like she doesn't know how to do her job and doesn't know anything about her company. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and I will get a refund. Also, I will writing reviews on every website possible so people know what kind of service they are going to deal with if they decide to buy from here.
