I'm surprised to see such negative reviews posted here...maybe it's human nature to post complaints over praise...\r Anyway, we LOVE The Barkery! Always greeted with a smile and a treat for our girl if she's with us when we go. Helpful staff helped me find new, quality food when ours was recalled and gave us free samples to make sure she did well with it before we committed to the big bag. We home cook for her now, but still go in any time we want special treats for special occasions and sing a ""Going to the Barkery"" song to set the mood on our way...okay...nerdy, I know, but our good girl really likes it!!! They are fantastic! more

WORST SERVICE EVER! The owner Kristi Andrews is extremely rude and unprofessional!! The cake I received was rock hard and there was no dry ice in the package. She claims this company doesn't package with dry ice but it clears states on the website it does. Looks like she doesn't know how to do her job and doesn't know anything about her company. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and I will get a refund. Also, I will writing reviews on every website possible so people know what kind of service they are going to deal with if they decide to buy from here. more

we ordered a cake from here as we did the same last year. last year came with ice and was cold as instructed to keep it cold also. well this year there was no ice it was hot and hard as a rock when we call to discuss this problem the owner was no help did not want to refund our money, we will not be feeding this to our dogs i dont know if they use eggs ect so we are contacting BBB instead. more

The Barkery Tewksbury - RIP OFF - So my little love COCO was getting his grooming done at the Barkery in Tewksbury MA. The women who works there brought little coco out on a leash after his grooming and while in the staff members care peed on a cage or something made for very large dogs and then proceeded to inform us that we would be purchasing the 150 cage thing. So we are clear. 1.The Barkery Staff had my dog on a leash. 2.While my dog was on the leash being held by the Barkery Staff my dog went pee. 3. The Barkery charged $150 for the item the dog pee?d on. (I would understand if i was in control of the dog or the leash, but where they were not taking proper care of the dog or following what i would think to be proper procedure, i do not see why i would have top pay for the item instead of the employee who was in control of the dog and leash.) THE WORST AND MOST RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RULES I HAVE EVER SEEN. DO NOT GO THERE ? more
