I had a good laugh out of their service at Ejo.
Sure, you can make mistakes in serving food etc. but the way they dealt with their own mess was extremely bizarre.
Our first waitress seemed like a young waitress, so my family tried to understand her even though she almost yelled at us not to sit wherever we want (there must have been a grilled seat reserved for others). After about 20 minutes later, a second waitress came by and took our order. She forgot to bring our water cups (just a water jug on our table), but we waited with patience. Our first waitress came back and asked us to order food from the menu. We told her that we already did, but we would love to get our cups to drink some water from the water jug they brought to our table. When we asked for the cups, she demanded us to tell her which drinks we would like to have. Seriously, you don't demand customers to drink something even after we have already said that we would like to have our cups to drink some water! When we told her that we already ordered our menu and that we just need some cups to drink water, the waitress said ""I know. I am just flipping some pages"" with her snappy attitude. Her terrible service totally ruined our dinnertime!
Even still, we decided to wait for our food and try not to ruin our family's mood and have some ""quiet and nice"" dinner. Two waitresses came back with our food but both of them forgot to bring our rice to eat with our main dishes. They didn't mention anything about our delayed food.
One of my family members got furious (especially when one of the waitress threw down the food on our table!) and asked for a manager to come out, but he or she (the manager) wasn't even in the restaurant. What, a manager is not even in the restaurant? These whole stuffs were way too silly! That first waitress came to us and yelled ""can't you see that we have only two waitresses who are serving food at this point?"" as if we were wrong! She should have mentioned at least something, wow.. Not a single coworker tried to do anything about our complaints.
We didn't dare to touch the food they served to us and just went out. I am never recommending this korean restaurant if you were to have some nice dinner service. What a day to ruin our whole mood!
