They must have gotten rid of the that employee..Have ordered many times. Pizza is great and a good value. Fast delivery.... always arrives before the stated time. Treated well on the phone. We always order on the weekend so they are busy and I understand if they are in a hurry and having been in the restaurant business I can understand.
