We wanted to buy a house and found out that many of the windows have been leaking for sometimes. Before we buy the house, we hired New Era Remodeling to do a complete inspection of the house and report to us the problem areas. They checked the electrical, plumbing, and the sprinkler system as well as the heating & air-conditioning, the roof, all the doors & windows, floors, etc. Fortunately, only the windows had leaking problems. We hired New Era to fix them all. We have been in this house for about 7 months now and we are very happy with the quality work they did for us. We are planning to hire them again to do some wall repairs and paint the entire interior and exterior of the house. I?ll tell you how it turns out. For now, I give New Era 5 stars!
