My goal is to pay my home loan off early. I had a 30 year fixed rate loan. Since interest rates are so low, Majestic Mortgage Services were able to get me a 20 year fixed rate loan with a ridiculously low interest rate. My new payment is about the same as my old payment but my new loan will be paid off in 20 years instead of 30 years. Majestic saved me 10 years of interest.
