Majestic Saved My Home 5/24/2012

Majestic told me about the Fannie to Fannie loan. The Fannie HARP program allowed me to refinance my home loan without an appraisal. Majestic Mortgage Services handled the whole thing for me. What I liked about Majestic is that they are local too. I can stop by their office most anytime and get the answers I need. Majestic saved my home and my Fannie. They can save your butt too- give them a call? more

My home was upside down and I was thinking of doing a short sale until I called Majestic Mortgage Services in Stockton. They told me I had a Fannie Mae loan (30 year fixed) and I could refinance under the new HARP loan program. Majestic reduced my mortgage payment over $250 per month and putting me back on track. No short sale for me, and now I am okay again thanks to Majestic. more

Great job 4/18/2012

Underwater But Not Sunk. We refinanced our home load with Majestic Mortgage Services even though or home was underwater. We did no abandon ship and we did not sink. We now have cash leftover at the end of the month so we can live like we used to. Thanks Majestic for safely navigating our home loan to calm seas and giving us our financial life back. more

Great service 3/28/2012

My goal is to pay my home loan off early. I had a 30 year fixed rate loan. Since interest rates are so low, Majestic Mortgage Services were able to get me a 20 year fixed rate loan with a ridiculously low interest rate. My new payment is about the same as my old payment but my new loan will be paid off in 20 years instead of 30 years. Majestic saved me 10 years of interest. Now my home will be paid off when I retire and I can enjoy myself. Thank Majestic, job well done! more

Great customer service 3/19/2012

We were confused, overwhelmed and exhausted to say the least before we started working with Majestic Mortgage. We were in the process of refinancing our home but were at a loss of which avenue to take. The team at Majestic Mortgage gave us great explanations when it came to which load to do- FHA loans, conventional loans, jumbo loans, harp, streamline, etc. We were able to choose what was best for us thanks to Majestic. more

I wanted to buy a home but was turned down because of my credit. I had a small down payment and good income. My problem was that I could not get mortgage insurance. Majestic Mortgage Services recommended that I apply for an FHA government loan where the mortgage insurance guidelines were most accommodation to me. Majestic got me an FHA loan with mortgage insurance and now I am pleased to be a homeowner. They knew exactly what to do and made the home loan process so easy. If you need a loan to purchase a home, Majestic has the skill to make it happen. They are the best! more

Highly Recommend 3/5/2012

I paid cash for a fixer upper, rental property. It had no working appliances and the heat and air conditioning did not work. I could not get a loan on the house in its present condition. Richard of Majestic recommended that I make the repairs and have Majestic Property Management rent the house, with the repairs completed. I was able to refinance the property with Majestic Mortgage Services and pull my cash back out. Now I can purchase another fixer upper to get started on. more
