I used these guys before, long ago nearly 3 years to be exact and was pretty satisfied with the service I received. Pretty much everything was fine except for the drivers hard to understand English, but we managed, with patience and repetition we managed. But this last experience left me feeling under the radar. Very difficult making the reservation, I called in but the dispatcher kept refferring me to the internet, I kept telling him that I would like to make the reservation now while we were on the phone, but he kept telling me to just go online, maybe he was busy but really is it that difficult to write it down. The driver was distant and unpleasant, anyways I am not a fan of internet reservations I prefer to speak to a live person and confirm.
