My husband and I had an issue where our door was not opening from the inside but also not locking so that anyone from the outside could walk right in. The other companies who called viewed this as just a job and one that could be attended to the next day. But Husband for Hire saw this as a problem of safety for our family and came right over that night to start working on it. He went above and beyond. I don't know how much the other companies would have charged us since they never had a chance to bid. Thank you Todd!
