Great Grandma went to ER for Chest pain, she is 96, and she is 100% alert and has 100% of her mental status. They did not treat her that way. They stated they were going to call the family, my grandma stated that we were in the waiting room, no one ever came out looking for us. While we were all in waiting room they called our houses to find us. My grandma stated numerous times we were there in waiting room, but since she is 96, they treated her like she did not know what she was talking about. So for over an hour she was in the room alone and scared, when we were in the waiting room the whole time, finally our Uncle arrived and went to desk, and they said well we have been calling everyone but no one has called. He stated well look all those people over there have been here since she arrived.
