First let me be clear and say that this review is not towards the technician. The TECH was professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.\r

The management of this business is another story.\r

First they Quoted me a complete price for repair plus parts which i paid in full when the tech came to do the initial diagnosis.\r

A week later i got a phone call explaining that the wrong part had been ordered (no mention of price change) and that they needed to reschedule.\r
I reschedule the appointment to Thursday from 4 to 6 pm.\r

I took an hour off from work to make it home by 4. At 6:45 PM i got a call saying that the technicians was 45 minutes away from my house. I told them to reschedule.\r

They finally came to install the part, only now i find out that the correct part is an additional 76 dollars and i owe them some money. When I was CLEARLY told when I paid in full the first time (2 weeks ago now) that I would not owe them anything else.\r
