Omed Ali took great care of us when we bought our 2011 Rav4 last March. Since then he's checked in with us frequently to make sure we were still enjoying our purchase and he's always made himself available if any problems were ever to arise. Fortunately, none have, and we're still loving our car even after a year's passed. The complimentary maintenance has always been performed quickly and with courtesy by the dealership's very accommodating staff.
