I never submit these kinds of reviews, but in this case, I must. Bob, at the store in Champaign, was wonderful to work with. When a logistical problem came up with the installation of our new washer/dryer, they worked with us without any hassle. That included the removal of the storage bins they had already attached to the w/d, and stacking the units. And, we are totally happy with our purchase!
