I would like to thank Betty and Michelle for getting my problem solved with my washing machine. I had no issues with the techs as they were doing what the mfg stated, but after 3 months, I was ready to have the issue solved. Betty was great to follow through after my discussion with her and Michelle saved the day with her suggestion of replacing my machine. thank you very much.
