I have been going to Positive Changes for a few months, and feel healthier than I have for years. I have a lot of weight to loose, but am 1/4 way there, and already feel so much better. I have been heavy and dieted my entire life, being thin only for a short time after dieting before I gained it back - plus more!. I finally realized that diets do not work, what I needed was a life style change with completely different attitudes about food and eating. I noticed the changes the first week.....I was drinking more water without thinking about it and desiring heathier foods, not my favorite chicken strips and fries!! I am confident the changes I am making will be for life, as this time I am changing my thinking, not just my actions.......
