No customer service. Web content was dissapointing at best. web browser was terrible to find information.

Sorry that you had a bad experience with our service. Our website is design to get people to call and talk to a live person so we can give personal help. As owner of MedStay I believe that if you do not know the area a website does not help people with special needs and extra stress that other travelers don't have. Why call 20 different hotels when you call one toll free number and have someone tell you about the hotels. Due to our years of experience we can help the patients think by bring up things that they may think about. That is why I design the website to get people to call. Give us another try if you are coming back. Hope that your family member is doing well.
