I spoke with Donna this morning on the phone needing help with our return trip to Duke Hospital, she was so very kind, efficient, and helpful. I truly cannot say enough nice things about her. We come to Duke for our 9 year old daughter and she likes to stay where there is an indoor heated pool, there is a new hotel so we were unsure if they had one or not, Donna called the hotel confirmed with them, made our reservation and called us back all within 5 minutes. Very sweet lady, thank you so much for making a stressful time, less stressful.
