I have seen 4 ADC providers in 25 days. Only one, Dr Boos, dermatology, is worthy of the honored titled, physician.
Kakoli Banerjee, PCP, did not address any of my issues, gave me Tramadol for severe pain, failed to make the 3 referrals I required and still, to this day, has not called to review my lab work with me.
I made a follow up appointment with her NP, Nancy Dasso after giving the Tramadol a try. She too, failed to address my pain, daily nausea and vomiting. Neither did she review my lab work with me. She did make the referrals for me, however.
Dr Volpe was smug and condescending. He did not address my debilitating neck, back, shoulder and hip pain. He gave me a prescription for physical therapy that I will not be able to participate in because my pain is too severe. I have a diagnosed cervical and lumbosacral disc herniation, scoliosis and hip osteoarthritis since 2006. He did not order any tests to diagnose the origin of my excruciating left shoulder pain.
I have been a nurse for over 20 years. I have never come across a sorrier bunch of doctors professionally or personally.I had an appointment with Dr Ho, gastroenterologist, but I cancelled it. I am not willing to risk being neglected by another ADC ""doctor.""
Once I told Banerjee and once Dasso and Volpe read that my daughter was murdered in 2007 and her murder is still unsolved, they chalk my symptoms up to being in my head. This is negligence and I will be complaining to TXBME and my insurance carrier.
