I am so very thankful to Dr. Picerno. I have never been so well taken care of by a physician in the past. Having come to her with extreme ENT concerns and having an active infection, her attentiveness was heart warming. After being on medications for a few days, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Dr. Picerno herself (not a staff member), checking to see how I was doing. When she noticed that I was not 100% better she phoned in an additional medication that seemed to do the trick. You better believe that I will refer all family and friends to this amazing physician for any of their ENT concerns.
