In less than two months, with less than 15 minutes in front of the judge, I was charge over $12,000. And have nothing to show for it. No change, no progress. Then I am told by daughters therapist that in her experience over 90% of the time, court will not change current ruling. How is it for $30.00 I am given important statistics that had I know I would have proceeded differently. I thought I had a case. By not properly informing unlikely for there to be any change, I feel scammed into a case I had no chance of winning.
