owned a 2003.2007,2010, Ford F-150 went on the internet to see who had the best price for trade in on a truck with a good up front discount , That pointed me to Chevrolet and the dealership of the Joseph family on colerain ave. I called based on the add, worked a price out with the GM of the dealership who than, had a Mr,Tom Conway bring over a Chevrolet Z71 truck, after road test i needed a few additional items added in the purchase to make sure it was apples to apples trading the ford in, The Dealership was true to form when it came to the truck equipment and paperwork very considerate of my questions too,the staff as well.
The service and parts Department knows the trucks well, I asked alot of questions at the dealership and after leaving they always returned my phone calls and took any frustration out of buying something new,i must say oustanding a true 5 Star Company Joseph Chevrolet of Colerain and Mr,Tom Conway cant say enough good things about the dealeship,sorry to let the ford go but Chevrolet won this time price and trade in and did not play any games with me.
