We had a guy named Sani came out on 2/13/12. He did not clean our ducts properly and never claned the furnance. We had the manager come to our house and on 2/18/12 we had Rudy come out and redo the work. Not only did he do it right, but we saw the before and after pics so we know our system is clean. He spent a lot of time and walked us through the process step by step. If I was going to have this company come back I would ask for Rudy to come do the work.
