Review content:
We had a guy named Sani came out on 2/13/12. He did not clean our ducts properly and never claned the furnance. We had the manager come to our house and on 2/18/12 we had Rudy come out and redo the work. Not only did he do it right, but we saw the before and after pics so we know our system is clean. He spent a lot of time and walked us through the process step by step. If I was going to have this company come back I would ask for Rudy to come do the work.

Our technician Sani missed a spot within your return which caused debris to be pulled within the furnace cabinet after the cleaning. It was an honest mistake. While we cannot say that we have never had a problem on a job site, we can say that we always take care of our customers and stand behind our work. Thank you again offering us the ability to take care of you and thank you again for choosing Ductworks.
