I had a horrible experience!!!
After having my eyes dilated and was not able to see, they show me a bill for more than I expected. They do ""creative"" billing with your insurance and try to have you pay out of pocket. Very sketchy!!! They refused to release my prescription. After my insurance company threatened an investigation they finally gave me my presription. After all that frustration it turns out to be a wrong prescription and contacts that do not help me see. I called to have them recheck my prescription and I was told there would be an additional charge!!! No customer service! No warranty on their services!! I have spent time and money for nothing!
