I had a horrible experience!!! After having my eyes dilated and was not able to see, they show me a bill for more than I expected. They do ""creative"" billing with your insurance and try to have you pay out of pocket. Very sketchy!!! They refused to release my prescription. After my insurance company threatened an investigation they finally gave me my presription. After all that frustration it turns out to be a wrong prescription and contacts that do not help me see. I called to have them recheck my prescription and I was told there would be an additional charge!!! No customer service! No warranty on their services!! I have spent time and money for nothing! more

The doctor himself was polite, and that part of the experience was the only decent part. I waited 45 minutes for my APPOINTMENT. I had a family member with me who waited an hour for the same. If we were walk-in's, I would completely understand. However, when I schedule an appointment I expect to be seen within at least 15-20 mins of the scheduled time. There staff at the front desk was completely incompetent and RUDE! Not one employee specifically, but all 5 that were arguing with me when the other 4 did not know anything about the situation. I was charged double what I was quoted (for merely a contact prescription) . Five people argued with me until one decided to actually hear what I was saying and determined ""oh, that was our mistake."" They were all extremely demeaning only for them to realize that THEY had made a mistake. THEN....they refused to release the prescription I was given to the company I order contacts from. I am now a week into the struggle, literally trying to resolve this daily....still to no success. I will NEVER step foot into this building again and will tell everyone I know to stay away! They are rude, overpriced, and know nothing of customer service. more

I had the most terrible experience at the Southport location. I cannot believe how they treat customers as well as their employees. If you don't ""look"" a certain way, or dress a certain way, you get the most terrible customer service. And if you choose a ""lesser"" frame? Wow. I will never, EVER go back. Even though they carry the 2.5 frame? I'll travel to Chicago to get my glasses. more
