I attempted to reach Med Stay at the suggestion of Durham Reg. Hosp. However, on each of the three times I called by phone no one answered and, although I left messages requesting a return call, non was received. Since no phone numbers of any of the listed motels were listed, I had to use the phone operator to locate a hotel in the area and made my own reservation -- of course, with NO "Medical Rate." Obviously, I have received no assistance from MedStay.
