I've been taking both of my vehicles to VA Tire and Auto for a few years now. I've always had reliable service that is worth the investment. I keep returning because I feel like I'm being treated fairly with honesty, dignity, and respect. It's great to have a repair explained to you, rather than being talked down to with the attitude of ""just accept it,"" as I've experienced in some other repair shops in the area. In addition, having a shuttle service--in a clean vehicle with a pleasant driver--will keep me coming back for future service and maintenance.\r
